About Me

Samantha Moffatt-Sanz is a Toronto/Tkaronto-based artist and curator currently pursuing a Master of Fine Arts in Criticism & Curatorial Practices at OCAD University. Her research explores frameworks of reciprocity, mutual care and circumventing neoliberalism within the commercial art market. Samantha’s artistic and curatorial practice emphasizes slow, immersive, and intuitive modes of artistic production and viewership. Her work seeks to bridge institutional decision-making with alternative artist-run ethics, advocating for non-transactional structures within commercial spaces.
